suspender straps

You see a lot of suspender belts in shops and in photos with just 4 straps. They look good but are not really functional as an all day garment for wearing. You needs a 6 strap suspender to give a comfortable and secure wearing experience for stockings. For seamed stockings you need that extra strap to try and keep the seam in place. 4 strap suspender belts are mainly just for the bedroom!

You can get suspender belts with 8 or more straps. However I think they look a bit odd. A bit too S&M for my liking. The picture above is an example. I think there are 12 straps involved on this particular belt. No chance of the stocking coming loose here but it must take ages to put them on.
